CLASS: MEDIUM DINOSAUR

SPECIES: DAKOTARAPTOR

DIET: CARNIVORE

Dakotaraptor, like our utahraptor this animal has been made using the same DNA plan, thus its similar inaccurate appearance. On the island these animals can be found in the western hillside and southern meadows  Unlike the utahraptor who's snouts stay relatively narrow, the snout of this animal starts narrow and widens to the back of the head, in an arrow like shape. Thus giving the animal a larger bite as the dakotaraptors are more solitary animals, so when hunting larger prey the bite is more fatal. The main prey item of this species is the minmi that roam the areas this carnivore is located. As they've gotten used to hunting this species to the point they've started to mimic their distress calls, making them the only carnivores to do this. All in an effort to lure in their prey and attack. All this makes the dakotaraptor an interesting dinosaur indeed.
