During winter these forests become a home for many feathered species, as well as others who can stand the cold.
One of the common animals to see during winter would be the feathered coelophysis, an animal perfectly adapted to the environment of this location.
Although what may seem like a peaceful place during the day. During the night the location is home to animals like mononykus and caudipteryx, which hunt for insects. But it is the more dangerous predators that are to be your worst nightmares. One would be dilong, small tyrannosaurids who travel in massive groups and have light-reflective eyes that help it see greatly in the darkness. aside from them, there is a larger danger, as yutyrannus hunt during the night here in the northern forest though they are more rare.
