Tyrannosaurus rex territory

mountain-cliffs-higher-than-the-clouds-3

The tyrannosaurus rex territory, or t-rex territory, is a small mountainous area on the island which marks the main territory of the islands tyrannosaurus rex. Although this species mainly resides here, tyrannosaurs have been seen hunting in other locations around the northern side of the island. Like the rest of the north, during the winter it’s very cold and so the tyrannosaurus will stay in the t-rex territory to hibernate until spring.

The interior forest that rests within the mountains provides a perfect protected environment, that not only is used by tyrannosaurus when hibernating, its also home to many small species of dinosaurs, like caudipteryx and compsognathus. The forest here is rather similar to the northern forest, as the northern forest connects to it through a narrow pass that begins near the Western river. All this makes the tyrannosaurus rex territory a unique location indeed.
