CLASS: MEDIUM DINOSAUR

SPECIES: BARYONYX

DIET: CARNIVOROUS PISCIVORE

both male and female of this species are the same in coloration.

Baryonyx, a medium large sized animal. Although the diet of this species is mainly fish, it will feed on larger animals if needed. Although during the great migration before winter these dinosaurs can be seen staying around the river and taking down dinosaurs that try to swim across. As during winter the fish leave the river so a large kill is needed to last over the cold season. Also they are the most aggressive around winter time. The mouth of this animal is also strange when compared to other dinosaurs, as since its diet is primarily fish the jaw of this animal is designed like a fish trap, perfect for an aquatic lifestyle. This species among with its other relatives, possesses a large claw on its first finger. The use of this claw is for slicing up its fish meals in a similar fashion to how eagles slice of their food. All this makes the baryonyx an interesting dinosaur indeed.
